When I heard about these three artist connecting for a collaboration, I was thinking right off the back it wasn't going to work. But the track is pretty dope. A nice hook delievered by Justin Bieber on the hook, two dope Raekwon versus, and you already know what Kanye does to beats. Kanye flipped an old Wu-Tang joint to create a nice beat. All I need now is the untagged version. I can't knock this joint at all...

Young Jeezy Clears Speculation: "It's Not A Diss"

Shaheem Reid @ MTV News spoke with Young Jeezy on the phone regarding yesterday’s “Death Before Dishonor (B.M.F. Freestyle)”.

"It’s not a diss. First of all, I’m not gonna get nothing out of dissing that guy. That’s one. What am I gonna get out of dissing him? I think sometimes people can read into things too deep. They trippin’ man. They crazy out there. Basically, if homie takes that as a diss, he’s insecure, and anybody else out there who does, they are insecure. When it comes to that [Black Mafia Family] situation, I’m gonna talk about it a little flyer anyway. I happen to know that situation very well."

Regarding the “you don’t know the crew” bars specifically:

That’s for real. That’s for anybody. I got niggas in prison behind that shit. I feel that if you speaking on shit, you gotta at least know who you talking about. Young Jeezy went in on Rick Ross on this "Death Before Dishonor (B.M.F. Freestyle)" that dropped yesterday. I still don't quite understand the beef, or if there is any, behind the words that are laced on the track. Rick Ross has already address the track to MTV last month and stated, "I really don’t know what the thought process was behind it." So, we'll just have to wait to see if Jeezy's will ever address the situation.

The Future Of DJ'ing....

I can already see this being used in clubs just because of the "glow in the dark affect" which I think the younger generation will pick up more than the older generation. The older generation will say this is diminishing the art of being a DJ. With technology is growing at a fast pace, this can easily become the new thing. I know if I walk in the club and saw the DJ using this I'd be like, "damn that some dope shit."

Judging from the director’s past work, I knew exactly what it would look like, but it seems as though the masses were still expecting a high-energy music video. Instead, we got a moving painting….or as some are calling it: a fancy screensaver ha. Thoughts?"

Although its short, I liked the video and I understand the whole "Power" aspect of the video. I would have liked to see a longer version but still in the moving painting aspect using elements that he used in the "Love Lockdown" video.
